Hidden Hearing are pleased to introduce our Customer Care Plan cover- specifically designed for your hearing aid/s to give you total peace of mind with all risks. It provides a low cost protection against loss theft or breakdown of your hearing aid/s anywhere in the world.*
We offer the All Risks cover which is designed to protect against all risks. If our clients decide to take out this cover they will be covered against loss, theft and damage including damage caused to due to normal wear and tear. This means that any necessary repairs will be carried out free of charge and where the aid is damaged beyond repair they will receive a replacement hearing aid entirely free of charge.
As you know there is a five/four year warranty on the aid/s which will cover any necessary repairs or replacement required due to normal wear and tear.
Please note, however, that this warranty will not cover for loss, theft or any type of shell damage that is done to the aid.
We recommend All Risks cover to our clients as replacing a hearing aid due to loss or damage without any type of cover can be expensive.
The 3 main benefits of the customer care plan are:
- No quibble new for old replacement of your hearing aid/s if it’s lost or stolen.
- Unlimited repairs to your hearing aid/s throughout breakdown or accidental damage.
- Free cover whilst on your holidays up to a maximum of 31days (at any one time).*

Also please note repairs are covered for 6 months no matter how many times you make a claim. Once Hidden Hearing has replaced your hearing aids due to loss accidental damage or theft the customer care plan on the original aid/s will end.
