Terms & Conditions – £25 M&S Gift Card February Door Drop Offer

2. Booking Requirements

A full hearing test must be booked between 1^st –28^th February 2026.
Appointments must be completed within February 2026 unless otherwise advised by Hidden Hearing.
Screenings do not qualify. Only full 7-step hearing assessments are included in this promotion.
Customers must attend the appointment with a companion or support person. Solo attendance will be treated as screening and as such will not qualify for gift card.

3. Appointment Conditions

The full hearing test must be completed in full to qualify for the gift card.
Missed or incomplete appointments will not be eligible. Appointments that are rescheduled more than once may no longer qualify for the promotion. Eligibility is at Hidden Hearing’s discretion.
Offer applies to new hearing test appointments only and cannot be used with any other promotional offer.
Customers who have completed a full hearing test with Hidden Hearing within the last 12 months and were found to have normal hearing do not qualify for this offer.

4. Gift Card Fulfilment

The £25 M&S gift card will be emailed to the qualifying customer after completion of their full hearing test.
Gift cards are not provided on the day of the appointment. They will be emailed thereafter within 10 days. Can be emailed to support person if the customer does not have an email address.
If the gift card is lost, misplaced, or damaged, customers must contact M&S directly for assistance. No replacement or reimbursement can be provided by Hidden Hearing.

5. General Terms

No cash alternative is available.
Non‑transferable and non‑exchangeable.
Provision of an email address for the purpose of issuing the gift card does not constitute marketing consent. Customers will only receive marketing communications from Hidden Hearing if they have explicitly opted in.
Hidden Hearing reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
