Hidden Hearing Ltd. Spring Sounds Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
This giveaway is organised by Hidden Hearing Ltd. By entering the Spring Sounds Giveaway, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must provide their full name, email address and phone number via the official entry form. Entries will be accepted from March 3rd to March 31st. By submitting your entry, you confirm that you wish to enter the giveaway and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. Prize
One winner will receive one of either:
• A Bird Buddy 2.0 Smart Camera Bird Feeder
• A copy of Nature Boy by Seán Ronayne
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
4. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
5. Ineligibility
Employees of Hidden Hearing Ltd., their immediate families, agents, suppliers, or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
6. Data Privacy
Consent to receive Marketing Communications; by entering this competition and providing your email address and mobile phone number, you consent to receive marketing communications from Hidden Hearing Ltd. This includes receiving newsletters, special offers, and other promotional materials. You consent to Hidden Hearing sending you marketing communications related to their products and services to your email address and/or SMS to your mobile phone. You can easily opt out at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe button that can be found in marketing communications. You are not required to opt into marketing communications to enter the competition.

8. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period. The winner will be contacted via email or telephone within 7 working days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 14 working days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected.
9. General
Hidden Hearing Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
The decision of Hidden Hearing Ltd. is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
This giveaway is governed by Irish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
