Hidden Hearing (ROI & NI) Switch and Save Campaign - Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Overview:

This Campaign offers potential savings of up to €3,000 (in the Republic of Ireland) or £2,000 (in Northern Ireland) on the purchase of new invisible hearing aids from Hidden Hearing. This is our biggest ever offer and is available for a limited time.

Confirmation of Products: This offer applies to new invisible hearing aids available at Hidden Hearing. It is not applicable to all products in the store or range. This offer is only available with the Oticon Intent 1 and the Oticon Own SI – invisible and non-invisible hearing aids.

2. Eligibility:

This offer is open to the following individuals:

• Individuals switching from their existing hearing aid provider to Hidden Hearing.
• Existing Hidden Hearing customers upgrading to new hearing aids.
• Individuals who are new to hearing aids and purchasing their first set.

This offer is available to everyone who meets one of the above criteria.

3. Republic of Ireland Offer - Savings Breakdown:

• New to hearing aids:
• Save €2,000 (€1,000 per hearing aid).
• Save €3,000 (in total) if eligible for the PRSI (Pay Related Social Insurance) grant. Eligibility for the PRSI grant is subject to assessment and approval by the relevant authorities. If you are eligible for PRSI, you are entitled to claim €500 per hearing aid needed. Should you need two hearing aids your total PRSI claim for example would be €1,000.
• Upgrading old hearing aids (New or Existing Customer):
• Save €2,000 (€1,000 per hearing aid).
• Save €3,000 if also eligible for the PRSI grant, €1,000 total, €500 per hearing aid.

4. Northern Ireland Offer - Savings Breakdown:

• New to hearing aids: Save £2,000 (£1,000 per hearing aid).
• Upgrading old hearing aids (New or Existing Customer): Save £2,000 (£1,000 per hearing aid).

(Please note: PRSI is not applicable in Northern Ireland.)

5. Offer Availability:

This offer is available for a limited time and is subject to change or withdrawal by Hidden Hearing without prior notice.

This offer is available in-store only at Hidden Hearing locations in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

6. General Terms:

• The specific amount of savings will depend on the individual's circumstances and eligibility as outlined above.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly stated by Hidden Hearing.
• Hidden Hearing reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant.
• Hidden Hearing shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or incurred (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss)¹ because of participating in the Campaign.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland for residents of the Republic of Ireland and the laws of Northern Ireland for residents of Northern Ireland.
• Any decision of Hidden Hearing regarding any aspect of the Campaign is final and binding.
